Creative, entrepreneurial, and proactive, that is me, Charlot Felderhof. From a young age, I have been inspired by design and its power to address both simple and complex challenges. Technology and innovation spark my enthusiasm. I put my efforts into leaving a positive impact on our planet and society, both professionally and in my personal life.

As a designer, I'm first and foremost interested in the user. I possess strong qualitative research skills, which I utilize to gain a deeper understanding of users and their needs. Psychology triggers me, and I seek to understand how unconscious unsustainable decisions are made and can be influenced.

  

In design, I value aesthetics both in appearance and interaction. I seek visual harmony and use my eye for detail. Interactions should be meaningful and joyful, incorporating cognitive, physical, and emotional skills.

  

​​​​​​As a team player, I value the differences of people. I'm fascinated by different viewpoints and the discussions that follow. I am a strategic thinker and think the 'bigger picture,' connecting both people and activities. In a team, I feel comfortable managing the process, keeping an overview, and managing time. I possess strong verbal and visual communication skills, which I enjoy putting into practice.
